A stock and operations system designed for a luxury car showroom in Riyadh. It manages vehicle sales, purchases, bookings, and customer transactions while generating structured reports and exportable Excel sheets for auditing and analysis.

Problem solved
Vehicle information and customer transactions were spread across manual records, making current stock, booking status, profitability, and audit reporting hard to verify quickly.

My role
I mapped the showroom workflow, designed the stock and transaction model, built the web application and reporting tools, and implemented exports that support management review and financial auditing.

A vehicle can move through several commercial states while still appearing in stock and financial reports.

I introduced a controlled status lifecycle with transaction history, ensuring bookings, sales, cancellations, and purchases remain traceable.
