Managing listings, users, media, and operational updates across separate platforms can create duplicated work and inconsistent information. The product needed one backend and synchronized experiences on every device.

I contributed across product architecture, web and mobile experience design, shared API workflows, listing management, and cross-platform synchronization between the customer applications and administration tools.
