A pricing management platform designed for Skoda Egypt operations. The system allows centralized control of product pricing across multiple suppliers and contracts. It enables a single admin to manage all pricing rules and update values dynamically.

Problem solved
Pricing updates were difficult to coordinate across multiple suppliers and agreements. Scattered values increased the risk of outdated prices, inconsistent decisions, and slow operational updates.

My role
I designed and developed the administration experience, pricing workflows, reusable product structures, and API integration layer, with a focus on making complex pricing controls efficient for a small operations team.

Problem solved
Representing pricing rules that change by supplier, product, and contract while keeping editing straightforward.
Solution
I separated base product information from contextual pricing rules and created focused forms with validation for each pricing relationship.
